Payment and Shipping Options
The shipping amount listed is for standard postage only. Insurance, registered post, or express post for the goods is an additional amount. If goods are lost in transit they can only be replaced if insurance has been paid.
If you choose not to have insurance then you accept full liability for the items. That is, if they are lost in transit there will be not refunds or replacing of items. We strongly recommend the use of insurance.
Payment by Direct Debit or credit card at seller’s discretion.
Delivery Time
Items will be shipped once payment has cleared. If you are unsure of the delivery time on the items you are purchasing, contact the seller/s. Custom items take longer and depend on the nature of the seller’s item.
Returns
Please check individual store policies to verify their returns policy. If you are in doubt, please contact each site directly. Stores are not required to accept returns/exchanges for incorrect sizing choice or change of mind. Regardless of policy, returns will be accepted on faulty or damaged goods (not including items damaged in transport).
